Shipping And Handling

Shipping charges can only be determined when your order is packed.  Each order is processed and packed based on merchandise availability, quantity of items ordered, physical size, and weight.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and shipping destination per package and included:

The standard commercial and residential published rates from UPS, even though we may use other carriers such as FedEx, U.S. Postal Service, etc. to deliver to you.
A 95¢ handling charge applies to each package.
Free shipping for addresses outside the contiguous U.S. (Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and APO and FPO boxes) does not apply.
Orders shipped to CA will have 7.75% sales tax added.

 

 

Return Policy

BensTek guarantees your satisfaction with the merchandise you purchase from us.  If your merchandise is defective or you are not satisfied with our product, you may return it for a refund or exchange.  No refunds or exchanges are permitted after 15 days of receipt of shipment.

All returns must be returned to us freight prepaid.  We do not except COD's.  We do not credit shipping and handling charges.
